I cannot rate the effectiveness, but can comment on how much product is provided (various reviews questioning this based on volume).I weighed this (in a plastic baggie, not in the container) on a scale. It read 315g, with the baggie. Product packaging claims 300g, so this part is accurate.Will update in a month or so, to report on how effectively it reduces my appetite and/or improves gut health.

I'm reviewing Zenwise Health ZenGLP-1 30 Day, Prebiotic Fiber and Metabolic Probiotics, 10.5 oz each, 2-Pack.This supplement comes in the form of a loose creamy white powder (see photo). A serving size is 2 scoops making this a 60 day supply (30 days per tub). It has no discernible scent or taste and gets mixed into water, juice or can even be added to my smoothies. I found it to mix well and to be a neutral addition to my smoothies. I didn't experience any GI upset taking this.The prebiotic is Bacillus subtillis (OPTIBIOME BS50), and the fiber source is corn derived, so is a mix of soluble and insoluble fibers. There are no added sweeteners. It helps me to feel full after taking it.It comes in two large tubs with screw on lids. The tamper-proof seals were intact and the lids were shrink wrapped for added protection. The powder only fills just over half the jar, so I wish they would have either used smaller tubs, or even better one that was just a little larger with the contents of both containers (reflected in star rating). I understand that settling can happen, but not usually nearly a half jar's worth.
