Women’s Probiotics

I got these because I wanted to try something with black cohosh, and I like that it has green tea and turmeric in it. It says it's for menopause relief and weight management... WELL AMEN TO THAT! These have 35 billion CFU's and are non-GMO and made in the US. I'm looking forward to seeing if they help with regulating appetite and cravings. I am all for natural plant remedies, especially ones that have been around hundreds of years and known to be safe! However, it does have chromium picolinate in it, if you are not familiar with that ingredient, I suggest you read up on it.

I have been on these for 5 days with no incident. The capsules are a regular (not huge) size and easy to swallow. (Vegetarian capsules.) They do not have any odor or anything that would make you not want to take them. They have not upset my belly and I have not tasted them afterwards. I am going to try these to help with a few things that started in my late 40's. I am happy to see that they have a different strain of probiotics than what I am already taking. I am going to replace my tumeric that I already take with this because this brand does more than a couple different vitamins that I take seperately. It seems to have compounds to take care of multiple women's issues and not just one.

I have been taking these capsules for several days now. I am very pleased that the number and intensity of night sweats have diminished. I am hopeful that with continued use I will have even more improvements in my unpleasant menopausal symptoms. I love that these are made in the USA using all natural ingredients. They are 3rd party tested, which is something I always look for when buying supplements. I have had no adverse effects from these easy to swallow capsules. No after taste either. There are 60 capsules, and the recommended dose is 2 per day, making this a 30-day supply. I recommend these quality supplements.

I've have a lot of stomach issues over the past 8 months. Gallbladder surgery, constipation, bloating, and now a hiatal hernia. I also suffer from insomnia. I couldn't enjoy a meal without discomfort. This pill is a life saver!!
