      Works great, definitely helped with bloating and gas and overall stomach comfort. The chewable tablets tasted fine and were easy to swallow, better than yet another pill. I am not an expert on the enzyme blend but I appreciate that it is listed, and I love that they include nothing artificial and all ingredients and non gmo.

      I’ve taken various types of enzymes for years, and I don’t mind trying a different brand sometimes. This is my first product to try from the Zenwise brand, and I’ve been very pleased with the product so far. It has a blend of 10 different types of enzymes in it, all of which aid different types of digestion.This is a chewable tablet, easy to take. I like the taste just fine; it has a hint of a fruity taste. I like that it is sweetened by monk fruit, instead of sugar. And I like that they use beet juice powder, instead of artificial dyes. This is always something that stands out to me, when a brand makes an effort to use natural or healthier ingredients in their product.The label says to take the enzyme right at the start of your meal. There’s 30 count per bottle – so if you end up taking one every day, that’s a 30 day supply.

      I had to be mindful to keep myself from eating more than the required dose because these papaya pills taste so delicious. I got them because the enzymes help digestion and it’s easier than actually eating a papaya since I don’t really like the taste of papaya.These enzymes also help break down the walls of infectious agents in my body so they can be flushed out with water.

      I'm glad to have these capsules. They are full of good ingredients like Papaya. It helps with digestion but doesn't seem to help with bloating. A good product overall.

      Although the Papaya Digestive Enzymes supplement from the Zenwise store is chewable and easy to chew, I grind it with my tongue because papain naturally whitens teeth by progressively dissolving stains and dental plaque. Otherwise, papain is also available in capsules, which is more economical (if the main goal is to improve meat digestion). I take one or two tablets immediately after meals, but only if I eat BBQ (I am prone to overeating). Otherwise, I take it before bed. The tablets are delicious. Five stars.
