Green Magic Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Handful of Kale
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Banana (Small)
  • ½ cup Pineapple
  • ¾ cup Cashew Milk (or any milk of your choosing)
  • 6-7 Ice Cubes

Add all ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!

Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ inch Ginger Root (Grated)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (Freshly squeezed if you can!)
  • 1 Banana (Small)
  • 1 Carrot (Shredded)
