This Pineapple Super Green Smoothie is basically a morning reset in a glass especially when digestion is feeling sluggish. It’s packed with fruit, leafy greens, probiotics, and fiber to support a happy gut.

In under 10 minutes, you can enjoy the taste of tropical sunshine and give you that “I’m doing something good for myself” feeling before the day even starts.



Why we love these ingredients

Each ingredient earns its spot and together, they make a simple, gut-friendly combo.

Pineapple

Pineapple brings bright flavor and contains bromelain, a naturally occurring enzyme that supports digestion and nutrient absorption. It’s also rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.

Unsweetened almond milk

A light, dairy-free base that keeps the smoothie creamy without weighing it down. It’s naturally lactose-free and a good source of vitamin E.

Chia seeds

Tiny but mighty. Chia seeds deliver fiber + omega-3 fats, and they absorb liquid to form a gel-like texture that helps create a thicker smoothie. They’re also a simple way to support fiber intake in a delicious format.

Spinach

 Pineapple Super Green Smoothie 

Ingredients

    • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

    • ⅓ cup nonfat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

    • 1 cup baby spinach

    • 1 cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)

    • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

    • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey (optional)

    • Dash of salt

Instructions

The secret to a thick, creamy smoothie is adding ingredients in the right order:

  1. Start with the liquid (almond milk + yogurt)

  2. Add the base (banana for creaminess)

  3. Layer greens + fruit (spinach first, then pineapple)

  4. Add boosters (chia seeds, cinnamon, protein powder, etc.)

  5. Blend until silky and enjoy! (30–45 seconds)

Optional (but highly recommended):
Add a tiny pinch of salt. It boosts flavor and brings out the sweetness naturally.
