7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Certain Zenwise products may be available through subscription or recurring-purchase programs.
If you enroll in a subscription, the applicable product page, checkout page, or enrollment flow will disclose the material terms of the subscription, including the frequency of deliveries and charges and the price or manner in which the price will be determined.
Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and your authorized payment method will be charged at the frequency disclosed when you enrolled, subject to any changes communicated to you in accordance with applicable law.
You authorize Zenwise and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.
You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation methods made available through your account, subscription-management interface, or by contacting us at support@zenwise.com. Cancellation will apply to future subscription orders and does not ordinarily reverse an order that has already been processed or shipped, except where required by law or provided under our applicable refund or cancellation policies.
We may change subscription pricing or other material subscription terms upon advance notice as required by applicable law. Your continued subscription after a properly disclosed change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms to the extent permitted by law.
Additional subscription terms disclosed when you enroll are incorporated into these Terms.
8. OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, payment services, or other functionality supplied by third parties.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where applicable law does not permit a particular limitation or exclusion, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenwise LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your material violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another person's rights.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where necessary, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective while you use the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you maintain an account or subscription, you remain responsible for properly cancelling it in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedures.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if you materially violate these Terms or where otherwise permitted by law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination or provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
